We have in place a number of 3 star hotels in each city. In the case of New York, Las Vegas, Sydney and Shanghai the hotels are located in the city centre and within easy reach of all the major tourist attractions. In Tahiti and Dubai the hotels are located as close as possible to the beach.

It is unlikely that everyone will be accommodated in the same hotel but we hope not to split the group over more than three hotels. Once we know the final numbers of people travelling we will send you a selection of hotels and ask you to state your preference. At this stage we will also offer you the chance to upgrade to either four or five star hotels should you wish.

We will do our best to accommodate any special requests such as rooms on high / low floors.

It is possible to have a single room and should you wish to do so the supplement to the 3 star package is £675 in total for the trip.

If you are travelling on your own and would be happy to share with someone we are able to offer a limited number of sharing places to avoid the single supplement. This will be based on a twin room with a person of the same sex and similar age.
